New Year's Resolutions

2012 was a really . . . um . . . year. I don't know. Do you get what I mean when I say that right now, the number 2012 feels stale? And that 2013 sounds sharp? 13!!!!!! LUCKY YEAR AHAHA!!! It's also a fibonacci-number year - 13 being a fibonacci number? Come on, guys - relish it!!! The NEXT fibonacci number is 21. Eleven years' difference.
I have resolutions to share. RESOLUTIONS FOR A BETTER YEAR:

1. Eat healthy & be fit (all that jazz; it's what everyone says!!...but they never actually do it...)
2. Time management, no procrastination when there's work to be done, etc etc etc
3. EDUCATION FIRST!! Learning! Mathmathmathmath
4. Twist, if you EVER say you are bored, YOU ARE LYING TO YOURSELF!!!!
5. Be the new, cheerful, happy-go-lucky Twist. You can be comfortable around anyone, exception being teachers and one other person.
6. Two words: art and writing. Need I say more? :)
7. Once you get past the pages of math you HAVE to do, do some fun Vi Hart math (I'm asking you, Silverpelt and PasserBy!!! PLEASE!!! *begs* I want to LOVE math, but the atmosphere you guys are creating drives me to tears)
8. Applefur and Exotica? Finito. End of discussion, period, kaput. It's not worth trying anymore.
9. Be true to your imagination (Ex: playing Warriors with yourself, keep a journal, art art art, and think colours!!)
10. Boys are for suckers.

I think these are pretty good! The kind of person I want to be is happy, free, flying . . . wait for another post to get the scenario I mean, kk?

What are YOUR resolutions? Do any of you guys keep journals? I know it's hard for some people to remember/have stuff to write about/ bother. One of the factors that keep me writing in my journal migh be that I was writing in one since I was seven years old . . . and I'm on my *counts* . . . ninth journal. So. Yeah. And I have another one waiting for me :)

  1. 5. The the new, cheerful, happy-go-lucky Twist.
This is not new, this is your true self. If your were not happy and cheerful, that means you were not yourself.

    7. Math... You know, jsut as no one can *tell* you you are in love, you can't really force yourself to love something. You just need to find a part of math that is awesome, and beautiful and worth your free time. Maybe you just didn't find that part yet, or maybe you accidentally missed it, or maybe you misunderstood it. Math is not a science - it is an art. If it feels tedious - you are doing it wrong. There must be a better, a smarter way to get to the results.

    8. Applefur & Exotica...
Life is too short to make rush judgements. Leave them alone, but don't feel bad about that. People change, and there is always a chance that you will meet in future as different versions of yourselves, and things will go differently.
